First of all, that is not necessarily a healthy goal at all. Just deciding to lose 30 pounds is not the right way to lose weight. if you are unhappy with your body, the first thing i would say is commit to exercising at least 4-5 times a week. Cut back on unhealthy foods and raise your veggie and protein intake but DO NOT RESTRICT OR DEPRIVE YOURSELF. it will get you nowhere in the long run and is very unhealthy. Your goal should not be a certain weight…it should be to be happy with your body and be healthy.
